Course Overview
This qualification covers both, specialist and generic unit of competencies required of public service, divisional directors, and senior public servants. The qualification reflects the responsibilities of the individual and the job skills required for effective performance by senior public servants.
Target Group
The course is targeted at the senior management officers and the executives of government departments and agencies.
Entry Requirements
- National Certificate 4 in Government (Leadership and Management)
- Senior Managers with more than 5 years’ work experience.
