Diploma of Government (Human Resource Management)

Course Overview

This qualification covers the competencies required to develop, implement and maintain a strategic approach to managing human resources in an organization ensuring that the organization has the structure and staff to meet its current and future business performance objectives. These competencies are often performed autonomously and are often non-routine tasks. The qualification is targeted at those who are in the HRD in organizations in the Public Sector, individuals with non- HRM qualifications or non - government experience. It is also suitable for those who wish to establish a career in Human Resource Management in the Public or Private Sector.

Experienced or senior HR Officers, Managers, Supervisors in Government Agency/s.

Entry Requirements

  1. Experienced or Senior HR Officers currently serving in government agencies
  2. Managers and Supervisors with responsibility for staff management, performance, and workforce planning
  3. Public sector employees involved in Human Resource Development (HRD), training, or organizational development functions
  4. Officers with non-HRM qualifications but substantial experience in people management roles
