The Corporate Services Directorate, led by Director Allan Kamale, provides the essential non-academic support that enables SILAG to operate efficiently and deliver its core mandate in teaching, research, and community service. The Directorate ensures that all corporate functions—Finance, Human Resources, ICT, Learning & Development Student Services, and Marketing—work together to support the institution’s strategic goals.

With a mandate from the governing board, the Director oversees policy development, financial stewardship, risk management, compliance, and operational performance. The Directorate drives service excellence, strengthens governance, supports digital transformation, and ensures responsible use of resources.

Through strong leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement, Corporate Services ensures SILAG remains accountable, future-focused, and aligned with national priorities.
